AIOTEK PRESS BRAKE: AT-40T/1200 Panel bending press brake
CNC Sheet Metal Press Brake Panel Bending Press Brake
Product Description
The machine tool is designed and manufactured based on our company's latest technology. It mainly consists of the frame, slider, table, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic proportional servo control system, external detection system, back stopper, mould, hydraulic system, CNC control system and electrical system.
It features a welded structure made of high-quality steel plates, ensuring sufficient strength and rigidity. What's more, it adopts an internationally advanced electro-hydraulic proportional synchronous control system. The two magnetic scales mounted on the C-shaped frame work together with the CNC system and proportional valves to form a closed-loop servo control system, enabling precise control over the speed and position of the slider's movement. Thanks to this design, the slider runs with high parallelism, excellent repetitive positioning accuracy and strong resistance to partial loads, which in turn leads to high precision in part manufacturing and easy maintenance of the whole system.
CNC Sheet Metal Press Brake Panel Bending Press Brake Workflow
The process starts with plate stocking, followed by physical and chemical inspections. Then comes the plate pre-treatment, which involves sandblasting and de-embroidery. Next, the CNC flame cutting is carried out to prepare the material. After that, each welded bonding surface is cut and processed. Subsequently, group welding and gas-shielded welding are performed. Subsequently, vibration aging or tempering treatment is applied. Then, machining processes such as those on large-scale floor boring and milling machines and planers are carried out. Once that's done, the painting work is done, followed by the assembly of finished products. After that, the overall precision machining on large-scale floor boring and milling machines is conducted. Finally, the machine undergoes testing and factory inspection before being ready for delivery.

Frame
The frame is integrally welded with the left and right columns, the oil tank, the worktable, and the bottom crossbeam. It is thick and rigid. The entire frame is precisely machined by a CNC floor boring and milling machine, possessing high precision and a stable structure. This guarantees that the positional accuracy requirements of each mounting surface are met.
High Reliability Bed
Key components such as the frame and slider are analyzed using ANSYS finite element analysis software and optimized through computer-aided design. This results in not only an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also ensures the reliability of the machine tool.
Slider Synchronization Mechanism
The synchronization accuracy of the machine tool's slider (Y1, Y2) is crucial as the slider (block) motion control axes are responsible for controlling the bending depth and bending angle. The control system is composed of the CNC system, two scales (Y1, Y2) mounted on the table, electro-hydraulic proportional valves, and electronic amplifiers for the valves. This system accurately detects and controls the relative positions between the slider and the table and manages the speed and position of the slider's operation. It keeps the slider running synchronously and guarantees high synchronous precision for the bending depth and bending angle.
Rear Stopper Adjusting Device
The rear stopper is assembled with a ball screw, linear guides, and precision stopper fingers. It comes standard with a CNC X-axis and a CNC R-axis. The rear stopper beam is equipped with double linear guides. The stopper fingers can easily move left and right according to the width of different materials to stop the materials, and it also features a manual fine-tuning structure. The rear stopper beam has undergone annealing treatment and has been processed by a gantry machining center, endowing it with good stability and high precision.
Mould
One set of the random standard upper mold and one set of either 2V8 - 12 or 2V16 - 25 lower mold with the same core (as shown in the figure).
W - axis Mechanical Deflection Compensation Device
When a plate is being bent, the upper slide plate will unavoidably undergo flexural deformation. As a result, the bending angle of the workpiece will be smaller at both ends and larger in the middle. The W - axis of this machine tool adopts a mechanical deflection compensation device with closed-loop control and high control accuracy. The compensation amount is automatically calculated and set by the CNC system. Consequently, the lower table generates pre-convexity to compensate for the flexural deformation of the upper slide plate, and the angular change of the workpiece is controlled within the tolerance range to ensure high-quality bending accuracy.
