Full Electric Servo motor drive
The MF-300 turret punching machine features a main stamping power unit driven by a fully electric servo motor. This turret punching press is highly efficient, energy-saving, quiet, and offers high precision. Moreover, it enables a variety of processes, including cutting, forming, rolling, and lettering.
The punching force reaches 300KN. The maximum sheet size can be 5000 x 1250 mm with one re-positioning. It is equipped with five-axis machining capabilities (X, Y, T, C, A). The machine uses the CNCKAD application on the Windows system, allowing for CAD 2D graphics programming. It supports batch drag-and-drop processing of files in DXF, DWG, or IGES formats, as well as direct nesting.
The servo system incorporates Japan Panasonic AC servo motors and servo amplifier units. The punching power is driven by ESTUN all-electric servo motors. The machine adopts an O-shaped steel plate welded frame. Linear guides and ball screws are sourced from either Germany's REXROTH or Taiwan's HIWIN.
Frame

The whole adopts a welded structure and undergoes tempering treatment to relieve stress. Its strong rigidity and high tonnage can ensure stable accuracy over a long period, extend the service life of the machine and tools, and simultaneously improve the positioning accuracy, reliability, and durability.
Servo Transmission Technology
Full electric technology is adopted, with no hydraulic components involved.
The main transmission is driven directly by a servo motor, ensuring stable tonnage. It features a sealed oil tank design, which provides excellent lubrication, generates low heat, and allows for easy insert installation.
This equipment comes with functions such as rolling ribs, lettering, creating knock-down holes, stretching, forming louvers, trimming, cutting angles, and other forming operations.
Feeding System
The generous space between the guides is conducive to processing accuracy when fabricating large-sized sheets. It also boasts better balance capabilities during high-speed movement. The auxiliary platform can move in tandem with the sheet, reducing the frictional force between the plate and the brush platform by 30%. The linear guides and ball screws are imported from either Germany's Rexroth, which ensures precision and a long service life. Imported pneumatic and electrical components guarantee the overall reliability of the machine's performance. The centralized lubrication system minimizes the friction of all moving parts, thus prolonging the service life of the machine.
Worktable
The worktable surface is equipped with hard brushes and steel balls. This not only reduces the noise during operation but also protects the surface of the sheet metal. The worktable features a seamless design, preventing collisions when the sheet metal is in motion. It has a folding table design, with the side auxiliary platform under automatic folding control, making it convenient to change tooling. The aluminum edging design, with aluminum edges on the sides, safeguards the worktable surface from wear. There are side loading auxiliary rollers, which facilitate the loading of plates.
Turret and Tooling
Precision wear-resistant guide holders are inlaid on the turret.
It is equipped with long guide tools of the international standard Japan AMADA type.
The stations are reasonably distributed, and the tooling is interchangeable.
