1) The bottom fabricated and welded heavy structure is integrally fabricated and holistically welded with super-high-strength steel, which gives the machine a huge tonnage weight and stable gravity center. These features can ensure our machine has long-term stability of bending accuracy, better reliability, and good durability. the whole structure is also treated by heat treatment such as stewing technology, and tempering therapies, which make the structure have a strong rigidity and remove internal stress, stress relief, prolonging and extending the service life of the machine and improving its positioning precision.
2)upper fabricated and welded heavy structure, with pressing blades and hinge blades, which is fabricated, welded, and treated as same as the bottom structure.
3)The mobile fabricated and welded heavy bracket for bending blades upward and downward, which is fabricated, welded, and treated as same as the bottom structure.
4)Feeding system: Working table with a C-type mobile strong clamping arm to control and operate the sheet metal panel flexibly, or you can choose the mobile suction-cups plate to control and operate the sheet metal panel flexibly. Worktable also has enough hard brushes and rolling stainless steel beads to protect sheet metal panels when processing.
