Qingdao Aiotek Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the research, development, production and sales of CNC turret punch presses since 2006.
The MF-300 adopts the direct drive main transmission of the servo motor. It retains the advantages of the simple, mature and reliable mechanical main transmission structure. Meanwhile, it also has better characteristics than the hydraulic main transmission. It has remarkable features and powerful functions, such as high efficiency, energy saving, noise reduction and high precision. It can realize multiple processes like punching, forming, rib rolling and engraving.
The nominal force is 300 kN. The size of the processed sheet metal is 1500 × 5000 (including one-time repositioning) mm. It can control the X, Y, C, T and P axes. The Windows operating system is bundled with the core of the CNCKAD application. Programming is carried out in the way of CAD two-dimensional graphics. Files in DXF, DWG or IGES formats can be processed in batch drag-and-drop mode for direct layout.
The servo system - AC servo motors and servo amplification units of Panasonic in Japan; the punching power - Shengmai servo motors; it adopts a closed steel plate welded fuselage; all the linear guides and ball screws are original products from Taiwan. It is equipped with 32 sets of standard molds.
The turret is inlaid with precision and wear-resistant guide bushes, which are processed in pairs by a large machining center.
It adopts long-guided molds of Japanese AMADA that meet international standards. The stations are reasonably distributed and the molds are universal.
